Within a session she taught me specific breathing techniques to cool down or heat my body, to promote
healthy organ functions. Practicing balancing poses increased my awareness of the right and left
side of my body and its relationship to duality and the male/female aspects of life. Moving meditations,
flowing from one pose to another, allowed me to perceive flexibility in nature, events, and relationships.
